She didn’t just clean; Marydonna restored. Counters gleamed, floors felt fresh underfoot, and the whole place carried that light, lifted feeling that comes when someone truly pays attention. Her work had intention behind it, the kind that turns a simple service into something almost artful.

What stood out most was their professionalism—punctual, prepared, respectful, and focused from the moment they arrived. They treated my home with the same care I’d expect from someone who knows how much your space says about your state of mind.

By the time they finished, my apartment felt brighter, calmer… almost like it had been reset. NW Maids did an exceptional job, and I’d recommend them without hesitation.

The cleaning service was excellent. This was our first time using one and didn’t really know what to expect.

Holly showed up a little early to scope out the work she needed to do. Told me where she was gonna start and how she was going to clean it. She also asked me what areas I felt needed focus.

We left and came back after she was done and the place was spotless. Unfortunately I didn’t take the photos(my partner did) so I can’t upload the after picture, but it was a pretty big difference. Very noticeable.

Overall, their office picked up the phone the day before the cleaning and booked me right away even though it was last second. The cleaner provided was very professional, cordial, and does excellent work.

I will most likely be using their services again in the future!

I was impressed with NW Maids answering my inquiry online immediately & the continued communication to ensure my cleaning needs would be met as I am very meticulous. The team who cleaned our home did an outstanding job! They worked very hard the entire time & was very professional. The cleaning was done wonderfully, the bathrooms & kitchen sparkle. The master bedroom was cleaned perfectly & all dusting done thoroughly. The interior window cleaning & blind cleaning was amazing!

We have large dogs & live next to the interstate. There is always so much to clean & dust, I continue to be very impressed with NW Maids & how hard they work with each cleaning. I’m definitely going to continue to use NW Maids for regular cleanings!

I booked a cleaning as it was apart of the instructions to move out of our rental house and I was not disappointed. Our house has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, it is rather large and the cleaners took their time with every detail. The house looked more clean than when we first moved in! I would highly recommend this company, they were responsive and communicative with me in a timely manner and even responded to me during the New Years holiday. We booked with a short notice as well and there was no problems with that.

The booking process was very easy. Very transparent about billing and very friendly. This bearing in mind was a Sunday afternoon. My service, a deep clean before my house goes on the market, was booked for the next day.
The couple came early but cleared that with me 1st and did an excellent job. My house now looks like it has never been lived in. Great job guys! If I wasn’t relocating I would definitely use them again.

Our cleaner was fabulous! He arrived right at the start of the time window they gave us. He got right to work and spent 4 hours on our house. When he was done, everything looked fabulous and sparkled! My husband thinks maybe he could have cleaned a little deeper, which is why I didn’t give a 5-star rating but overall, we are very pleased. And – we were billed the exact amount on the estimate – no added fees! I’ll definitely be scheduling our next cleaning with NW Maids.

NW Maids provided me with a move out cleaning service. They were on time and very professional. My cleaning crew were able to locate my location even though there is onging construction that blocks multiple streets accessing my building. I made a request for the cleaner to work around some items I left out and they did so, plus going up and beyond to arrange them so it would be easier for me to move.

Once the cleaning was done, I had a concern and I was promptly notified by a manager that another cleaner would come out and provide 100% satisfaction! Which they surely did. I would definitely use their services again at my new location. They had some of the most affordable prices but the quality was not sacrificed. Definitely a must use cleaning service.

This was my first time using a cleaning service. It was for a move out clean to make the landlords happy and to receive my deposit back. I came across this company through Yelp and at first impressions of their website and services were very promising. Everything was very easy to navigate. After booking an appointment, they have called to confirm our appointment and assured us a good clean up.

When we came to take a look at the home after the service, all I can say is wow. I have never seen a our house ever this cleaned. They all the kitchen appliances, wiped down all the cabinets, vacuumed every corner of the house, and cleaned all the bathrooms. This was a very deep clean and was worth every penny. The house was 2100 sqft, 3 bed and 3 bath and I was quoted for $359, then they offer coupons all over their website which I came across a 25$ off and brought the price down to $334. This was wayy better than some other companies that charged by the hour, which would of ended up being about $6-900

Overall, the services were amazing, they did an amazing job with the house and I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking to get their house cleaned for a decent price!

I felt like I was walking into a new house, clean. My carpet was fluffy again, like new. My base boards and windows are fresh and look new. My blinds are clean!!!!! Overall they did a thorough job especially with the bathrooms. I’ve had previous maid services in the past who leave grime and residue in the showers, but when I checked on Nw maids’ work, they had cleaned our showers well. If they were not too pricey I’d be more inclined to set up a monthly recurring clean. Booking online is easy but they should specify more clearly on their website that the time is an arrival window. Another plus is that they worked diligently and didn’t spend time chatting away with each other.

We searched online for a company to do a house cleaning. Our approach was that if everything was done well and at a reasonable price, we would consider continuing with this service monthly. Somehow we picked NW Maids. It turned out well. The operator showed up on time with all materials and equipment needed. It had been years since our house had been professionally cleaned, so there was a little more work needed. She did a very thorough job, packed up and was done (all by herself) in less than 2 hours. We’ll have to see what comes next…

This was my first time needing a professional cleaning for moving out of an apartment. (1 bedroom with den) I wasn’t sure what to expect. I was surprised only one cleaner showed up, but when I walked back into my place only after a couple of hours, everything looked great! I’d only wished I had used the service when I was living there, would have saved me such a headache at cleaning things myself and it never looking as great as it did when she cleaned it. Would love for them to add blinds cleaning in the future. Definitely would pay whatever necessary for that service.

Hands down the best experience. Everywhere else wants you to call for a quote. NW Maids has all their rates clearly on the website, plus the available times and the ability to book directly. I booked my first appointment from the comfort of my couch on a Sunday evening. The cleaning team was very polite, professional and did a great job. I was very grateful that NW Maids was able to accommodate two last-minute move-out cleaning requests. Both maids were prompt, friendly, and did a great job. The second cleaning was a huge job and NW Maids worked with me to switch the billing to hourly (which made the most sense) and Pearl (the maid) was able to rearrange her schedule (presumably with the central dispatch) to stay a full 8 hours to get the job done. Making a booking was easy, fast and to the point. As for the service itself, our home was fortunate to be assigned to Bridgett who did a masterful job. Very friendly staff. Had a really good cleaning but there were a few things missed-I am sure it was an accident. Spoke with someone about the issues and was asked if they could do a re-clean. Unfortunately I had my renters move in and wasn’t able to schedule a re-clean. So, they provided me credit for the uncleansed areas. Wonderful customer service and will definitely use them again!

My experience with NW Maids was overall pretty good. Their cleaners were fantastic, very thorough and on time. The only issue I had was that I scheduled a move out cleaning on the very last day of my lease, and unfortunately their cleaner had a family emergency. They let me know, and did get me into the schedule again but it was 3 days after my lease ended. Part of this is on me for doing it last minute. To their credit, they did offer a discount for their delay, which was much appreciated.

I’ve been using NW Maids for several months and I am very happy with the service provided. My job keeps me really busy and is very stressful and having someone helping me around the house makes a world of difference. My biggest issue has been floors. With 2 cats who love cardboard scratchers, the floors can get pretty dirty. I’m always happy with the quality provided. I schedule my service on Thursdays so I have a clean apartment for the weekend! My stress levels are down and even my cats are happier!

Excellent value for hourly rate! They scheduled me after I called 2 other companies who refused, probably due to it being a small job and a one time move in service. She came within the time window and spent the full 2 hours minimum, focusing on the kitchen and bathrooms per my request. So I did research and asked for many quotes. Based on the extra services I desired NW maids offered best value. I’ve had the chance to work with a few of their teams now as I have been a bit housebound. I would say of the 5 times – 3 teams were excellent / 2 were good. None were bad or disappointing.

The best advice I have is to communicate honestly about your needs and expectations so all is clear.
I have had some last minute MD appointment changes and have been able to work with management team to reschedule as needed.
Give them a chance – might be great solution

As busy professionals of a certain age, we sometimes have trouble keeping up on the cleaning. We were having guests come to stay in a few days, and despite our best intentions, we realized we were not going to be able to get our apartment into anything like presentable shape by ourselves.

Enter NW maids! We went online and quickly had a quote and a plan. On the day of cleaning there was a near-miss as our originally scheduled crew was going to be unable to reach us. Thankfully NW Maids came through with a substitute crew. The crew arrived on-time (actually a little early – but called ahead. They respected our time requirements.). They were kind, helpful, thorough, and efficient. Our apartment is cleaner than it has been in months, and we will not be ashamed when our guests arrive.

Well done and kudos to NW maids! We are very pleased with the service provided.

The house is a 3 bed, 2 bath on Alki. They did a great job!!!! My friends were out of town for 2 months so I had the house professionally cleaned before they returned. Boy did they notice. Sherry, the employee who performed my cleaning, was pleasant and professional the entire time, taking care to follow up as each room was finished to make sure I was satisfied with it before moving on. We’ve been with NW Maids for over 2 yrs now (monthly or bi-monthly cleanings, depending on our need) and absolutely every single one of their workers has been kind, friendly, and hard-working. They can do just about anything & everything, though some services need a specific request (like oven cleaning). Here’s a sample of services we’ve had done for us: strip the bed & wash the sheets (just ask) then *remake* the bed (I always hate doing this myself, so glad they do it), load the dishwasher or handwash dishes, scrub the toilets & showers, take out the trash & recycling, polish handrails, dust windowsills, mop the floor, clean the inside window panes, vacuum (obviously), even clean the inside of the microwave if you ask! They will either use their own cleaning products & vacuum, or you can provide them with your own preferred products, they are happy to do whatever you like. Bonus: they have small trash bags for the bathroom, since I have no idea where one buys those little guys?? I will echo that on only a few occasions, we seem to have been assigned a worker who was perhaps new to the house-cleaning biz, but even then they did a nice job of doing a general cleaning. If you get a subscription & happen to find a particular worker who does a stellar job, you can request them for future cleanings, which is what we have done. Really just an all-around great, local company who is happy to find out what you need from them so they can provide it! Highly recommend!

Booked a deep clean for a move out. The booking process was surprisingly quick and easy, and pricing was fair and transparent.

We weren’t home while they cleaned, so we were nervous about the job getting done properly, but they exceeded our expectations. The house looked and smelled super clean. Blinds and cabinets were wiped down as expected. Even the front porch and the back porch were swept!

Staff was very easy to work with over the phone, which I made harder than it had to be because I had never used a cleaning service before and didn’t know how to set it up. The cleaner was very polite. I left to run some errands while he worked and when I came home, he was still hard at work. The cleaning was good but missed some minor details, but in fairness, he may have intended to go back to those parts and not gotten the chance. Sam followed up with me after my posting to Yelp and Google. NW Maids discounted the service by the same amount that I would have been charged had I cancelled at the same time.
NW Maids found a cleaner to arrive two days after my original appointment. The cleaners did a pretty good job. They arrived on time and were properly masked. They missed some cleaning on the sink, but I am confident it can be addressed by pointing out the next time they are scheduled.
While the original price was (with discount mentioned above) was honored for this cleaning, somehow my every 3 weeks price went up by roughly $25 for the subsequent cleanings. I can’t help but wonder if the recurring price would not have gone up if they had showed up for the original appointment.

Despite having a 2PM-4PM arrival window for 2 months cleaners were constantly late. Most of them did a good job cleaning but never wanted to take out the trash to the dumpster. The final straw was the office calling me at 3:50PM telling me they were going to be late and wouldn’t arrive until 6:30PM. At 6:30PM still no crew and no call. I tried to message them through their app and finally got a call telling me they weren’t coming at all and the first available day was several days away. I am disabled and don’t have the luxury of waiting around for a crew to never show up and leave me high and dry. If you want people that show up late or not at all go ahead and book with them.

UPDATE: A person named Sam reached out to me and I was able to negotiate a free cleaning to make up for their mistake. The person showed up on time and actually did the best job of all the previous cleaners.

Quick, flexible response from the dispatch service. More of a quick clean from the cleaners than the deep clean I paid for, though. Had to ask them to clean several specific things to get what I had been told came with the deep clean package (e.g. blinds), but they were responsive, so it works out if you’re ok with being there and the awkwardness of asking for multiple things.

I booked a mains through NW maids for a 1br apartment cleaning. I recently moved in, so I didn’t opt for the extra $75 for a deep cleaning, which is encouraged for first time bookings. I hired NW Maids for a move-out cleaning at basically the last second when the first service I hired (Angi/Home Advisor) was a no-show despite having been booked two weeks ahead of time. I was just short of hysterical when i called, but the phone rep calmly walked me through everything and I received email confirmation of the booking with the exact price.NW Maids was more expensive than the no-show, but they earned every single penny! The cleaner arrived right on time, and seemingly had no problems with all the dust and grime left after the move of a disabled family member who had been able to do only basic maintenance cleaning while living there. Even though it took an hour and a half longer than she had initially estimated, she stayed until the job was done. It was an enormous relief after an emotionally and physically terrible week that this last task was taken care of.

I booked NW Maids for a move-out clean of my apartment. Getting a quote and booking was super easy, so I decided to book a move-in cleaning for our new place as well.The move-in cleaning had to be rescheduled but that was straightforward. The cleaner was running about 45 minutes late due to some unforeseen circumstances, but she requested that NW Maids inform me, which they did via text. The house was already pretty clean, but the cleaner did a very thorough job anyway.For the move-out cleaning, the cleaners arrived on time and did got to work. The apartment needed a deep clean, and they did a great job cleaning it to like-new condition.

This was my first time using a cleaning service. It was for a move out clean to make the landlords happy and to receive my deposit back. I came across this company through Yelp and at first impressions of their website and services were very promising. Everything was very easy to navigate. After booking an appointment, they have called to confirm our appointment and assured us a good clean up. When we came to take a look at the home after the service, all I can say is wow. I have never seen a our house ever this cleaned. They all the kitchen appliances, wiped down all the cabinets, vacuumed every corner of the house, and cleaned all the bathrooms. This was a very deep clean and was worth every penny. The house was 2100 sqft, 3 bed and 3 bath and I was quoted for $359, then they offer coupons all over their website which I came across a 25$ off and brought the price down to $334. This was wayy better than some other companies that charged by the hour, which would of ended up being about $6-900Overall, the services were amazing, they did an amazing job with the house and I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking to get their house cleaned for a decent price!

Online system makes booking easy and it’s good to be able to go back and see who came when for future booking requests. Inna got hung up in traffic and parking is difficult, so I was waiting around a bit. But it is a 2-hour window. She was most pleasant and listened to what I asked her to do. Only a 600 sq ft apartment, but it is lovely and clean and I will rebook and ask for her. Pricing is about average from what I’ve seen but these people have good customer service and communicate readily. Have no problems recommending without reservation.

The level of customer service these professionals exhibited is mind blowing to me. We had already returned our apartment keys so we left the door unlocked for the cleaning professionals to enter upon arrival. However, maintenance had gone by earlier and locked the door after leaving. My husband was 30 miles away and I was leaving work, headed to class. These professional women went all the way to the business center to get the apartment key, went back to the apartment to discover the key did not work. Went all the way back to the business center to inform them, in which the leasing agent advised he had mistakenly given them the mailbox key. They finally got the key and still went and put in hard work, way beyond their window cleaning time and were not rude or upset. This has by far been the best customer service experience for me since living in Washington. And for all of that, they only requested $30 more. We of course were happy to give much more than that because you can’t buy this type of experience.

We’ve been with NW Maids for over 2 yrs now (monthly or bi-monthly cleanings, depending on our need) and absolutely every single one of their workers has been kind, friendly, and hard-working. They can do just about anything & everything, though some services need a specific request (like oven cleaning). Here’s a sample of services we’ve had done for us: strip the bed & wash the sheets (just ask) then *remake* the bed (I always hate doing this myself, so glad they do it), load the dishwasher or handwash dishes, scrub the toilets & showers, take out the trash & recycling, polish handrails, dust windowsills, mop the floor, clean the inside window panes, vacuum (obviously), even clean the inside of the microwave if you ask! They will either use their own cleaning products & vacuum, or you can provide them with your own preferred products, they are happy to do whatever you like. Bonus: they have small trash bags for the bathroom, since I have no idea where one buys those little guys?? I will echo that on only a few occasions, we seem to have been assigned a worker who was perhaps new to the house-cleaning biz, but even then they did a nice job of doing a general cleaning. If you get a subscription & happen to find a particular worker who does a stellar job, you can request them for future cleanings, which is what we have done. Really just an all-around great, local company who is happy to find out what you need from them so they can provide it! Highly recommend!

We chose NW Maids based on the good reviews and easy booking system. Bookings do payment is super easy online and their team replies really quick if you have any questions. Ladies arrived as promised and started cleaning right away. We requested deep cleaning and everything was looking perfect after they left. I think they did a good job ! My only feedback was that they used pretty fragrant cleaning products and I am sensitive to all kinds of smells. Requested to add a note to use low odor products next time which they said they will do. Glad we found them 🙂

This review is for Natasha at NW Maids. She is fantastic!We’ve had really hit or miss experiences with cleaning services, mostly miss. I don’t feel like I ask for the moon, but I do expect for things to be clean if I’m paying for the service.We have a small place, but Natasha is the first person who really gets everything done. My husband and I happened to be home early one evening and were able to meet her. It was obvious that she takes pride in her work and I appreciate that she pays attention to what’s important to each client. Not only does she make our daughter’s bed, she takes a few extra minutes to set up her stuffed animals to welcome her home rather than treating them like an afterthought (see pics). Our daughter has enough (medical) challenges in her life and we appreciate these sweet touches. It’s lucky for NW Maids that we can’t afford to hire Natasha full-time, because we absolutely would.

Made my whole month!! The fantastic cleaner spent 45 minutes on the bathroom – we have a glass door shower and it’s impossible for me to clean good. Not for her! It looks new again. I was so happy with NW Maids for a move-out clean! I had a scheduled appointment but heard from their office the day before that due to a medical emergency, the person would not be able to come. I was sorry to hear of her trouble. I did express that it was to late for me to schedule with another service and my lease was ending. The gentleman who called worked a miracle and got another team member lined up to come the day after, on a Sunday! I could not have been more pleased with her punctuality, friendliness, and careful work to clean the entire house. I would definitely recommend NW Maids!

I have been so happy with NW Maids and their service. They are always on time and the cleaners are exceptional. My last lady was so thorough and kind- she dusted my paintings and even cleaned under the stovetop range. My apartment is always sparkling when the NW Maids are finished. One time, I didn’t hear the buzzer, so I accidentally missed their ringing up. That caused them to wait for 30 minutes. I was horrified when I looked at my phone and saw that they had buzzed. I called immediately to apologize and reschedule, and not only were they SO NICE and gracious about it, they came back immediately and cleaned my place! While their cleaning abilities are fantastic, it’s really their friendly attitude and kindness that go a long way for me as a customer. I sometimes leave clean sheets on the bed and the ladies know to change them. I am sometimes home, sometimes gone, and I feel very safe trusting my home and all its contents to this service. I haven’t had the same cleaners twice, but all have been great, especially the last lady who came on her own and lugged her floor steamer with her. I try to keep my place neat and tidy, but a once a month deep clean from professionals makes all the difference.

I’ve used a number of maid services over the years in various cities and I would rate Northwest Maids as excellent. Booking was easy, communication was timely and effective, the rate was very reasonable in comparison to other services in the Seattle area, and most importantly the cleaning job was excellent and very efficient. My husband, who is pickier than I am about cleaning jobs, was quite pleased. I intend to use them on a recurring basis. The ladies who came to clean were a mother-daughter team. They were so sweet, and cleaned my apartment like the bosses they are. It felt like a new apartment, and they spent a solid 3.5 hours on the place. It was 119 flat rate, plus 60 for a deep cleaning. I have been using NW Maids for the past year and trust them with cleaning our house. While they are seemingly more expensive than just finding a random person who is recommended by a friend, they always seem to be available within a few days of requesting them and thus it is worth the cost to me to have that flexibility. They have morning spots which works well with my schedule, arrive on time (they offer a window of arrival depending on drive time) and 95 percent of the time the cleaners do a great job. There has only been one bad cleaner and they offered me a credit and have blocked that person from cleaning my house again.

I used this service last year for a rental move-out cleaner service. The communication was very good and they sent a 2 or 3-person crew who got the job done very well in about 3 hours. This time, same great pre-communication for scheduling BUT the cleaner did not show up within the slotted time, no one called and we could not get in touch with anyone to figure out what was going on. Very stressful and I was thinking I’ll need to clean this whole house by myself, I’ll be here all night!. Luckily a cleaner finally showed up. Poor Kayla. She stayed for about 5 hours and did a good job, but I’m removing one star bc this is a 2-person job and they obviously had some kind of issue getting a cleaner to our job. OTOH, these are “unprecedented times” and there’s been problems in all service industry jobs. My beef is they really shouldve called me rt away and let me know what was going on. IN the end NWMaids did come through, their prices are fair, and they do a good job so I’ll probably stick with them

NW Maids discounted the service by the same amount that I would have been charged had I cancelled at the same time.NW Maids found a cleaner to arrive two days after my original appointment. The cleaners did a pretty good job. They arrived on time and were properly masked. They missed some cleaning on the sink, but I am confident it can be addressed by pointing out the next time they are scheduled.While the original price was (with discount mentioned above) was honored for this cleaning, somehow my every 3 weeks price went up by roughly $25 for the subsequent cleanings. I can’t help but wonder if the recurring price would not have gone up if they had showed up for the original appointment.

When I had the cleaners come the first time for a “deep clean” I was not super happy with the results. My understanding was that this cleaning would be thorough and attend to detail. I expressed my disappointment and Emily immediately responded to ask how they can make it right by offering a new cleaning or a discount. That was really helpful and helped resolve my concerns.I find that if I have certain tasks I want done, like “empty the garbage, or clean the microwave” that they are more likely to get done if I ask in advance because someone will note it on my account. So each cleaner will see that before they come. We especially love Natasha, she is SO thorough and does things I LOVE like fold my kitchen towels neatly and turn all the shampoo bottles the same direction (can anyone say OCD?). 🙂 The place always looks, smells, and feels clean AND looks very tidy. I will ask for her again in a heartbeat.

We recently used NW Maids for a cleaning of our house. We chose them over the competition for a couple of reasons – one, they offered the lowest quote, and two, they had a very convenient online booking system that made it super easy for us to find an open slot that met our needs. Based on other reviews, your team and mileage may vary, but we had a great team of two cleaners who came and really paid attention to detail in keeping our house clean, and weren’t deterred by our old family dog roaming around quietly during the cleaning.A couple of slight drawbacks and/or things to consider: First, the service may try to reach out to you and upsell more additions to your reservation. Be firm in what you think is the right option for your cleaning, and they won’t push further. Only half of our house gets used, so I made sure to communicate that deep cleaning was probably not necessary, as we do our own cleaning much of the time, and were just looking to take the load off of ourselves leading in to the holiday period. Secondly, the time for the service really does vary depending on your team. My team ended up staying far longer than I expected, which wasn’t necessarily a bad thing, as I felt they were paying good attention to detail, but it can throw a damper into plans if your preference is to be present for the whole cleaning.

I’ve tried several cleaning companies and have had the same issue with each: either lack of thoroughness or missing spots. We have a 760sq ft condo with 90% laminate flooring so it’s pretty crazy that cleaning teams have a hard time here. I had the same issue with NW maids at first.They recommended that I add ‘deep cleaning’ for the first appointment, so I said sure, that makes sense. After the cleaning crew left, I was not happy. So I took pictures of the dirt and dust left behind, the unmopped floors and the dirty counters. Emily said they will make it right and rescheduled my cleaning. The second team was wonderful, and is now my monthly cleaning team. If you have problems, call NW maids and they WILL make it right.

I hired NW Maids for a move-out cleaning at basically the last second when the first service I hired was a no-show despite having been booked two weeks ahead of time. NW Maids was more expensive than the no-show, but they earned every single penny! The cleaner arrived right on time, and seemingly had no problems with all the dust and grime left after the move of a disabled family member who had been able to do only basic maintenance cleaning while living there. Even though it took an hour and a half longer than she had initially estimated, she stayed until the job was done. It was an enormous relief after an emotionally and physically terrible week that this last task was taken care of.

The cleaners NWMaids sent for 2 separate deep cleans 6 months apart were very good — they knew their job and did it well, were friendly but professional, seemed completely trustworthy, and worked hard. I gave 4 instead of 5 stars because the office does not seem to communicate well with the workers. However, I think I will be going to monthly cleaning, as I am confident that the communication issue can be resolved.

This is the 3rd time Ive used NWMaids, 1x/year for move-out deep clean of a rental house. In 2021 they sent 2-3 pple, they were very efficient and did a great job. In 2022 the cleaners didnt show up at all and we were freaking out as we needed the place cleaned THAT DAY before new tenants moved in. After many frantic texts and calls, they finally sent one woman late in the day to do the job. Its a major job for 1 person but she was there for hours and got it done. This year they sent one woman who seemed unable to clean the house (and was coughing up a storm) so after about 45 min we called and they said they could send someone else the next day. Luckily we had the house for 1 more day til tenants moved in, the new person came and did a great job. The cost is comparable to other lcoal services as cleaning has gotten quite expensive. I give NWMaids 5 stars for professionalism in running the business and responsiveness to customer satisfaction, however your’e not gonna have the consistency you would with a small or family-owned service where you get the same people each year. The other great thing about NWMaids is they tend to have more availability to do these one-time cleanouts. So give them a try, YMMV but its worked out (more or less and with some stress) for us over the past few years.
